This four-day program combines Yogyakarta's cultural heritage with the highland landscapes of Dieng Plateau. You will visit Borobudur and Mendut, explore Arjuna Temple Complex, Sikidang Crater and Telaga Warna, and finish with the royal landmarks of Yogyakarta and Prambanan.
Activities:
After arrival at Yogyakarta International Airport, you will meet your guide and transfer to Borobudur Temple. The monument's terraces and Buddhist reliefs provide the main heritage focus of the day.
The journey continues to Mendut Temple, a 9th-century Buddhist temple known for its Buddha statue. The visit adds another historic site to the program.
Lunch is served at a local restaurant before transfer to the hotel.
Activities:
After breakfast, you depart for Dieng Plateau, a highland area described as being more than 2,000 meters above sea level. The day focuses on the area's volcanic and cultural landscape.
The program includes Arjuna Temple Complex, a group of historic Hindu temples, followed by Sikidang Crater with its volcanic features. Then you will visit Telaga Warna, known for its mineral-rich waters and changing colors.
Lunch will be provided at a local restaurant before returning to Yogyakarta and the hotel.
Activities:
After breakfast, you will explore Yogyakarta beginning with Kraton Yogyakarta and a traditional local market. The visits introduce both royal heritage and contemporary daily life.
The program continues to Taman Sari before proceeding to Prambanan Temple. The 9th-century Hindu complex is dedicated to the Trimurti.
Lunch is served during the program before returning to the hotel.
Activities:
After breakfast at the hotel, you wil prepare for departure. The morning is reserved for check-out and the transfer to the airport.
The journey continues to Yogyakarta International Airport according to the onward flight schedule.
The program ends at the airport.
