What are the cross border fees?

Cross border fees are applied to international personal payments and purchase payments. Cross border fees are paid by either the sender or recipient of the payment, not both. The sender of the payment generally determines who pays the fee. Cross border fees are charged due to the extra costs involved in processing multi-currency payments.

International Purchase Payments:

If you send an international payment for a purchase, you’re charged a standard fee, plus an additional fixed fee. Some fees may be applied if PayPal performs a currency conversion to complete your transaction. And your financial institution may charge fees directly to the card you use to fund a cross-border payment even where no currency conversion is involved.

For every payment transaction through our website which is integrated with PayPal, you will be charged 4.4% of total price + $0.30 for fixed Fee.

Cancel Payment & Tour

You can usually cancel a PayPal payment that is in a pending or unclaimed status. These payments will have a status of “Unclaimed” and will show in the “Pending” section of your PayPal account. If the payment is completed, you won’t be able to cancel it. You’ll need to contact our reservation service and request a refund.

Please note, for cancel an order you have made payment. You can order an cancel payment based on our cancel terms. Following are fees that will be charged if you made cancel the tour:

90 – 61 days prior to tour 35% of the total amount.
60 – 46 days prior to tour 50% of the total amount.
45 – 0 days prior to tour 100% of the total amount.

You can only cancel a pending payment that has a “Cancel” link next to it. If the payment you sent is pending for 30 days, it will be canceled automatically and refunded to the funding source you used to send the payment. If you cancel a payment you just sent from your bank, and the payment has not cleared your bank yet, please allow 3-4 business days for the money to appear in your bank account.

Common questions about issuing refunds

Full Refunds

When you issue a full refund via the transaction page, PayPal refunds you the 4.4% (percent) fee, but not the 30-cent fee. Taking the $30 sample order from the previous section, if you issue a full refund PayPal will return $1.32 of the original $1.62 fee. This works only if you issue the refund through the Transaction History page for the original transaction. On that page, you can select the “Issue Refund” option.

Partial Refunds

If you choose to issue a partial refund instead of a full refund (such as $15 of the original $30 purchase price), PayPal will return only a portion of the payment fees. PayPal’s website does not specify exactly what portion of the fee is returned the seller when a partial refund is issued. It’s likely tied to what percentage of the refund is returned to the buyer.

How do I send money right away via PayPal using my bank account?

When you send a payment using your U.S. bank account, money is securely transferred from your bank account to the recipient’s PayPal account, usually within 30 minutes. The recipient won’t see your bank information.

Note: you must have a valid debit or credit card linked to your PayPal account to act as a backup payment method. We’ll use your backup payment method if the original payment doesn’t clear through your bank account.
