ROLE DESCRIPTION
Reporting to Manager, the Reservations Coordinator serves the needs of NTT DMC’s customers – internal and external. Duties will include Confirming and checking all reservations, taking action on any foreseeable problems efficiently. Enable our Tour Guide’s to arrive confidently at all booked services, aware that their reservations have been made appropriately, accurately and on time.

Face-to-face interview:Â You will be asked The process took 3 weeks. The first interview was over the phone with HR. The second interview was a face to face interview with the regional manager and director. Everyone was very friendly and helpful during the whole recruitment process. This allows you to give us a better understanding of your personality, communication style, and what makes you tick.
Informal interview:Â purpose is to assess culture fit.
Training:Â If you successfully complete the hiring process, you will be invited to attend training for 3 months.
